Working remotely

Starting in November 2020, we will be moving our business entirely to the Internet.

Besides this one, there are no other changes. We will continue to help you find the best mortgage offer, provide counselling and search for life insurance for you. But we will do it remotely, using the available tools for video conferences, file transfer, or digital signatures.

In this way, we will comply with the rules and regulations introduced by the UK Government, but we will also save you time and money spent on commuting to the office, meetings, and printing documents.

Our process

This is the way

  • Use our convenient online calendar for booking meetings
  • Choose the day and time that suits you
  • Select your remote meeting tool: Zoom, Skype, or telephone
  • You will receive confirmation by e-mail
  • You will receive an email with the complete list of documents you need
  • Gather the required documents in PDF format
  • If you have some in paper form, scan them
  • Use our tool for uploading documents
  • Alternatively, send your scans by e-mail
  • If something is missing, you will be contacted before the meeting
  • You will be reminded of the date of the meeting
  • In the email you will find a link to the meeting, whether in Zoom or Skype
  • If you have chosen a telephone meeting, the advisor will call you
  • The meeting will last about 60 minutes
  • After the meeting, the advisor will send you a summary of the findings
  • Further communication and service will be carried out by e-mail and telephone
  • If you have questions, feel free to email or call us
